Here’s what we’ve been up to in the last few months.
Personal Front
As you may know, in addition to being cofounders, we’re also married (some people miss that and are surprised we take late night/early morning calls together 😆).
After 12+ years together, married for 9 years, the stars finally aligned for a cross-family get-together last month, and Alex’s family visited my (Gerta’s) family in Albania.
We had a nice dinner with all the Chois and the Malajs, including some traditional Albanian dances that Alex absolutely crushed. Here’s a picture from that night, and feel free to DM us for the video of Alex’s dance moves. 🕺

Our business, YourNegotiations.com, which helps people negotiate job offers or business deals, is steadily growing and, dare we say, thriving.

Take Our Money!
After some experimentation with various marketing efforts, we came to a hypothesis that our marketing budget is better spent on our community (that’s you) rather than on social media ads.
We’re formalizing this as an experiment that we’re cheekily calling Take Our Money, and we’re inviting people (you) to take our money pretty easily.
If you’re curious, here’s how:
For every client/student/deal you send our way, you get 10% of what they pay us and they get a 10% discount. And we get a new client without running exhausting and expensive ads! It’s a win-win-win, which is aligned with our negotiations philosophy: to find a tide that lifts all boats.
Real-world example:
We recently paid someone $1080 for referring their colleague who became our 1:1 client (see here for the math breakdown). It only took them an intro email. We then do a free call to see if it’s a mutually good fit.
How do I take part?
Think of at least one person or community who could benefit from our free call on negotiations.
